Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Post NL. For international orders, Post NL hands over the package to your local courier. If you would rather us send your order with another shipping method, reach out, and we'll see what we can do! Within the Netherlands, it takes 2-5 working days to receive your order. International shipments might take longer, usually 3-10 working days, depending on the carrier. Preorders (presale orders) take approximately two week longer to receive, however the pre-sale order time is always noted next to the product. Click Here for more information on shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Used products unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. We are not responsible for any damages to the products that happened during shipping, we do however ensure that all packages are secured as much as possible to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition! If your product damages during shipping, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.If your products damage after use, unfortunately we cannot do much about it. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, you can contact us to figure out which solutions are possible :)
